Hospital Policies

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

Current Curbside Care Protocol

At this time only employees and pets are allowed into our practice for the safety of our staff and the overall community.

Please return to your car and call us at 608-238-3461 so that we may assist you. Please do not stand by the door. Our front door will be locked, but we are open.

  • If you are here for an appointment, one of our technicians will talk to you over the phone to discuss your concerns, and then come out to get your pet. After pet is examined the doctor will call you to discuss a plan for your pet.
  •  If you are here to pick up medications, food, flea/tick or heartworm products, please let us know you are here by calling 608-238-3461. We ask that you pay for these products over the phone then a staff member will bring the items out to you.
  • If you or anyone in your house is sick or has a fever please let us know immediately. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

For the health of all patients and staff, dogs and cats admitted to the hospital must be current of vaccinations or receive them upon admission to the hospital.

A deposit is required on all emergency cases admitted to the hospital.

We require a $200.00 deposit for any future surgeries/dentals.

All rabies observation cases must be paid in advance.
