Please review our hospital policies and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Payment for Services
All fees are payable at the time service is rendered or when the patient is released. For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment options including cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit. All statements are itemized and we encourage discussion of fees at any time.
CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare, both human and veterinary. It works like a credit card that is used for your pet's healthcare services. If your pet is ill and needs extensive medical treatment (immediate or long-term, medial or surgery), CareCredit can finance 100% of your pet's needs with no up front costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. Your pet's treatment can begin immediately upon approval.
To apply for instant credit approval, click here for CareCredit Online Credit Application. If accessing the Internet is not an option, you can also call their 24/7 phone number at 1-800-365-8295.
Waiting Room Dos & Don'ts
Prior to your visit, remember that your pet may be a little uneasy about new people and animals. We ask that pets be placed on a leash, in a pet carrier or held in your arms before entering the waiting room. Your pet and others in the waiting area will appreciate the extra care. If you do not have a leash with you, the receptionist will be happy to supply you with one for the appointment.
For the health of all patients and staff, dogs and cats admitted to the hospital must be current of vaccinations or receive them upon admission to the hospital.
In most cases we try to discourage visiting a patient that is hospitalized as it usually causes excitement and disappointment. However, occasionally we can make special arrangements.
A deposit is required on all emergency cases admitted to the hospital.
All rabies observation cases must be paid in advance.
Pets will not be released from the hospital after it is closed or on Sundays or holidays.
