Spring Harbor is seeking a friendly and dedicated Client Care Specialists/Receptionist to join our hospital. We are a busy, multi-doctor, full service hospital. This is a full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday shifts required.
This position is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and other administrative duties during the day.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude, outgoing personality, a high level of computer proficiency and exceptional telephone communication abilities. Most important, applicants must be a team player who enjoys working as part of a team in a high energy, fast paced environment and the ability to multi-task. Priority will be given to those applicants with experience working in a veterinary hospital.
